Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy:
If an item meets one or more of the following conditions, it may be eligible for return (with either a refund or replacement) within 24 hours of delivery.

1: The delivered item did not match the order. For example, you purchased product 'X' and received product 'Y'.

3: The item's non-functionality: You have purchased electronics or other products that are not working in operation; in this case, Decornt will only accept and process a return claim for a replacement or refund after the item has passed its quality check process.

1: We always strive to pack the material with the utmost safety and take all necessary precautions to prevent damage. However, in rare instances where the material sustains minor damage during both home and hub delivery, buyers have to get it reassigned locally. 

2: Change of mind: After product delivery, buyers express dissatisfaction with the product's quality and believe it is no longer necessary.

Decont provides both home and hub delivery services, using road transport for hub delivery, under the following terms and conditions:
 
Home Delivery Details: 
 
Decornt provides home delivery services to over 18,000 pincodes, with the charges clearly displayed below the product. We always assure our customers that we will provide home delivery; however, if our home delivery service is not available at any particular location or pincode, we will arrange warehouse delivery. Customers are required to pick up the material from the nearest location of our logistics partner's warehouse.
 
2: The logistics company cannot hold delivery for more than 3 days, whether it's home or warehouse.
 
4: If the delivery takes longer than 3 days, the customers will incur actual warehouse charges.
 
5: If the customer orders a product in COD mode and the COD amount is not ready by the specified date, we will return the parcel. All the customers should ensure they have the COD amount ready when delivery occurs.
 
6: If you ordered many products on COD from different vendors in a single transaction, each product would have a different COD value, and the customer would have to pay the COD as per each individual product delivery. After we deliver all the products and collect COD, the consumer is unable to access them. If the client fails to pay the COD, we will return the parcel to its original destination, and we will not refund the customer's half payment. When the consumer needs the same parcel again, he will have to pay the logistical charges.
 

HUB Delivery : The delivery details for the Hub (materials shipped via local transport) are as follows:

1: When customers opt for HUB Delivery, Decont will dispatch the material directly from our warehouse to local transport providers such as VRL, TCI, and ARC, among others. Our customer care team will also consult with the buyers to discuss any alternative transport options they may suggest, and we will only ship the material through those selected methods.

2: The customer has to pay the nominal charges for shipping the material from our warehouse to the local transport. 

3: Once the material ships through local transport, we will share the transport slip. Our team also tries to trace the material online, but we strongly request that buyers keep tracking it from the transport office at their place.

 

We always strive to pack the material with the utmost safety and take all necessary precautions to prevent damage. However, in rare instances where the material sustains minor damage during both home and hub delivery, it is the responsibility of the buyers to arrange for its repair. Decont does not have any control over this, as these are external partners,
