Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
An item may be eligible for return (with either a refund or replacement) within 24 hours of the delivery, if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions.

- item delivered was different from what was ordered.
- Item delivered in a physically damaged condition (only in a manner that defeats its usability or functionality for example broken into pieces or chipped off. In which case, the item becomes         eligible for a free-replacement or refund.
- Has missing parts or accessories (only if these parts/accessories are mentioned in the Product Description to be part of the product package).
- Non-Functionality of the Item: A return claim will be accepted and processed for either a replacement or refund, only after the item clears Decornt’s quality check process.
- For any issues with electronic items within the warranty period, only the motor will be replaced.

Reimbursement for damaged products.
An item may be eligible for reimbursement if it fulfills the following conditions.

-The item delivered has minor transit damage, such as scratches or a broken part, but it is in very good working order, and the minor damage can be easily repaired at the customer's end. Such a scenario is eligible for reimbursement of the repair cost, and these reimbursements are issued to the customer's Super Wallet account. The customer can use the super wallet money in the next order.

Decornt have multiple tie up for Logistics services always assured their cutomers to provide home delivery of all the ordered goods.

1 - Decornt have more than 25000+ Pincodes for Home & Hub Delivery. We alwys assure our customers to provide home delivery but if any particular location or pincode our home delivery service is not available,we arrange HUB Delivery. i.e customers have to pick the material to
nearest location of our warehouse.
 
2 - Decornt provides HUB delivery facility only after confimation from customers. 
 
3 - Logistics company can not hold delivery more than 3 days.
 
4 - More than 3 days delivery will charge warehouse charges to the customers as per actual. 
 
5 - If the Customer ordered product is of COD mode & if the COD amount is not ready the given date.Parcel will get returned. Request all the
customers to keep the COD amount ready at the time of delivery.  
 
6- If you ordered many products on COD from different vendors in a single transaction, each product would have a different COD value, and the customer will have to pay the COD as per each individual product delivery. The consumer cannot have it when all of the products are delivered and then only the COD amount is paid. If the client does not pay the COD, the parcel will be returned to its original destination, and the customer's paid money (half payment) is non-refundable. When the consumer needs the same parcel again, he will have to pay the logistical charges again.

With the huge demand and our constant desire to make shopping a memorable experience for our buyers, Decornt has started COD Facility (Cash on Delivery). The primary objective to launch this facility is to make your purchase easier through Decornt. Request you to read general terms & Condition before ordering your Product through COD (Cash on Delivery)

1- Cash on delivery is available upto to 10000/- Ruppes.

2- Through COD customers have to pay 50% amount online & balance 50% needs to be paid at the time of delivery to our logistic partner.

3- There is no return policy while choosing the COD facility. If you find any product which comes under return policy, it has to be applied separately as per the return policy guidelines.

4- You cannot change your mind post purchasing a product

5- If customer rejects the parcel or even after continuous follow-ups delivery is not received by the customer the order will be auto-cancelled and the 50% payment made online will be non-refundable.

6- Our logistics team will 2-3 attempt to deliver the products.

7- Customers should have the balance amount readily available at the time of delivery.

8- If multiple orders are placed using the COD facility, all products will be delivered separately and part payment needs to be done online while the balance needs to be paid for the product as and when delivered individually.

9- If the customer has a problem with the product before it is delivered and wishes to return it, in this case, the customer must accept delivery first, pay the COD charges, and then apply for the return policy. If the buyer rejects the product before delivery for any reason, then your part payment (50 percent of the product value) will not be refunded. If the consumer needs the same product after returning it, they must pay the logistical charges again.
